Cardinals star selected for World Cup Squad

We are very proud to announce that Kensington Cardinal, Adelaide Giant and U18 state team star Ali Tanner on being named to the Under 23 World Cup squad!
Ali will be travelling to China next month to compete and is currently part of the BaseballSA performance pathways program. He is still in his final year of high school, training 2-3 hours of baseball a day and has committed to Arizona State University.
Eric Balnar from Baseball SA spoke to Ali, who said “I want to learn as much as possible and prove myself against a talented opposition.”
