We are committed to the Breakthrough Community Round to demonstrate the importance of supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our sporting community. 

Sporting clubs are trusted voices in their communities, and Breakthrough believes Clubs are an ideal vehicle to drive the message about mental health awareness and the need for research. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – and that includes sporting communities. Players, teammates, coaches, support staff and volunteers as well as our friends and family on the sidelines.

As well as supporting vital mental health research, clubs that successfully fundraise $500 or more will be offered two places in Breakthrough's Mental Health First Aid Training course.

Through fundraising, our club will have access to vital mental health first aid training, enabling us to support our community into the future and drive positive change within our club.
